This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for LendMatcher’s services. Free trial accounts are not eligible for refunds.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You must demonstrate a valid reason, such as technical issues preventing platform use.
- No refunds for partial months of service or on subscription renewals.
3. Non-Refundable Items
One-time fees for add-on services, overage charges, and partner API access fees are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
