2. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• You must demonstrate a valid reason, such as technical issues preventing platform use.
• No refunds for partial months of service or on subscription renewals.

3. Non-Refundable Items

One-time fees for add-on services, overage charges, and partner API access fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing
